塑 膠 圖 面 標 準
一.圖面基本內容(附圖例)
1. 新的塑膠零件全部用Pro/E 3D繪製
用於生產或者開模的塑膠零件3D圖應該預先設定好分模面,並完成相關拔模角繪製.完成所有必要倒角繪製.
2. 所有用於生產或者開模的塑膠零件必須同時具有2D圖以表達設計重點及一些非圖形信息(2D,3D圖應該保持關聯)
2.1 2D圖應該使用一定數量的視圖、剖視圖、放大圖,以清楚表達一些設計重點部位.
2.2 2D圖應該加上必要的尺寸,主要是長、寬、高尺寸、有公差要求的尺寸,以方便制造及檢驗(重點尺寸要用方框標示出來)
2.3 應該表達分模主要方向、位置、形狀
2.4 應該表示出各表面(包括可見表面、隱藏表面、貼標表面)處理方式:SPI# 或 MT#(參考以前經驗及SPI或 MT樣板手冊)
2.5 應該表示出材質(用代號表示,參照附表)
2.6 應該表示出未注圓角(最小0.5MM), 未注拔模角(最小0.25~1),未注公差(按SPI標準)
2.7應該表示出版次及修改情況(2D REVISION,3D VERSION)
2.8應該表示出基本壁厚
2.9 應該表示出體積:立方毫米
